Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or eight years of experience in lieu.
• Four years of experience on large-scale programs >$5M/year coordinating program activities (requirements, resources, personnel, funding, scheduling).
• Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Task & Schedule Control: Maintains the Master Task List and tracks project deliverables, milestones and schedules.
• Meeting & Action Item Management: Documents meeting minutes, assigns action items, monitors completion across cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder & Communication Coordination: Coordinates weekly status updates, technical briefs, TEMs, and engagements with government customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Operations & Resource Tracking: Assists with project financials and resource planning via labor forecasting, supports travel coordination, tracks evolving requirements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintains centralized project docs and workflows using SharePoint, Confluence and Jira.

Job Summary

The Program Coordinator role is designed for an aspiring project manager looking to break into the field and grow into full‑scale project ownership.

Responsibilities Include

• Task & Schedule Control: Maintains the Master Task List (MTL), tracking project deliverables, milestones, and project schedules to ensure team alignment and timely execution.
• Meeting & Action Item Management: Facilitates project cadences by documenting meeting minutes, assigning action items, and proactively monitoring their completion across cross‑functional teams.
• Stakeholder & Communication Coordination: Coordinates weekly status updates, technical briefs, Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and stakeholder engagements across government customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Operations & Resource Tracking: Assists with project financials and resource planning through labor forecasting, supports travel coordination, and tracks evolving project requirements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintains centralized project documentation, repositories, and workflows using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
• Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
• Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Security Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Pay Range

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
