Job summary

REV LLC is seeking an experienced Security Architect for a large-scale modernization initiative. The role focuses on security, privacy, compliance, and risk management across enterprise solutions.

The position requires strong technical security expertise, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate security requirements to technical and executive stakeholders. Hybrid remote/onsite duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with CS coursework (12 sem hrs or 18 quarter hrs)
• 7+ years IT experience in security or related fields
• 5+ years hands-on Security Architecture leadership
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/iterative development
• Experience with IAM, authentication, authorization, and access governance
• Experience with Zero Trust and enterprise security controls
• Experience with NIST/CSF or equivalent frameworks
• Experience with cloud security across Azure/AWS/GCP
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes from a security perspective

Responsibilities

• Integrate security and privacy requirements into architecture designs
• Conduct security impact assessments for apps, infra, cloud services, and vendors
• Define and maintain security standards and secure development practices
• Lead security architecture reviews and provide recommendations
• Apply Zero Trust across apps, infra, data, APIs, and integrations
• Provide leadership for IAM, authentication, and privileged access
• Evaluate encryption, key management, network and data protection
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and integration teams
• Support vulnerability remediation, monitoring, incident response, and risk activities
• Conduct architecture-level risk assessments and mitigation
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory reviews
• Evaluate vendor security architecture and documentation
• Ensure security requirements are in solution designs before implementation
• Maintain security architecture docs and decision records
• Guide on secure APIs, cloud security, microservices, and containers
• Support root-cause analysis for security issues
• Communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders
• Mentor teams on secure design practices
