Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Applications Specialist in the Global Security Operations group. This senior technical lead will own end-to-end delivery for security applications during builds, expansions, and relocations from SGL through FDOB.

The role combines hands-on technical ownership with people leadership and cross-functional accountability. You will manage day-to-day activities, define security policies, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in Security Systems Technology.
2+ years of experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
Hands-on experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment (20+ sites).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day activities and drive projects to successful completion.
Define core security policies and documentation procedures.
Coordinate with partners to obtain network and Archibus information; support Integrators/LSPs in the field.
Project-manage field resources and coordinate testing and commissioning.
Maintain and patch applications; assist with basic network troubleshooting as needed.
Provide occasional PC/Mac hardware and software support to end users.
