You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security scenarios, support timely risk decisions, and ensure accurate runbooks and evidence. Strong problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, operations center, or tech operations.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries to retrieve data.
• Ability to review database commands for high-risk behavior.
• Follow runbooks, maintain case notes, and escalate when needed.
• Experience automating repeatable data cleanup or reporting.
