Job summary

NextGen Security, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead enterprise security sales and manage key accounts. The role involves presenting integrated access control and video solutions, coordinating with operations and engineering, and developing strong client relationships across multiple projects.

You will work with vendors and clients, prepare quotes and statements of work, and may require overnight travel to support security deployments and proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience selling enterprise-level access control and video systems.
• Experience in the security industry and security integrations.
• BA/BS degree in business or marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain regular communication.
• Develop proposals, quotes, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering on client needs.
• Oversee multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Travel as needed for client engagements.
