Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices.
• Facilitate clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
• Resolve complex problems through evaluation of securities processing procedures and industry standards.
• Calculate net asset value, reconcile cash and holdings, and price securities for hedge funds.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff.
• Oversee set-up of new hedge funds and serve as analytical and procedural expert.
• Prepare expense budgets and unaudited financial statements.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance; identify and report control issues.
