• Calculate net asset value, reconcile cash and holdings, and price securities for hedge funds.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff.
• Oversee set-up of new hedge funds and serve as analytical and procedural expert.
• Prepare expense budgets and unaudited financial statements.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance; identify and report control issues.

Job description

• Process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices
• Facilitate clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions
• Resolve complex process problems through in-depth evaluation of securities processing procedures and industry standards
• Calculate net asset value, reconcile cash and holdings, and price securities for hedge funds
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned securities processing areas
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Oversee the set-up of new hedge funds and serve as analytical and procedural expert
• Serve as expert for securities processing deliverables and initiatives
• Prepare expense budgets, analyze expense calculations, and prepare unaudited financial statements
• Ascertain fund value and allocate values to each investor
• Assist with developing new techniques and streamlining hedge fund and securities processing activities
• Assess risk, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and escalation, manage, and report control issues

Requirements
