Revvity, headquartered in Waltham, MA, seeks a Securities & Corporate Counsel (Senior/Principal level considered) to lead SEC reporting, corporate finance transactions, and governance for the public company. This role involves direct drafting and negotiation of credit facilities, indentures, and debt offering documents, plus compliance with NYSE listing standards and Section 16 filings.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one US state bar (MA preferred).
• 5+ years of corporate and securities law experience, with corporate finance transactions such as credit facilities or debt offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Support preparation, review, and filing of periodic SEC reports (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and proxy statements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate finance documents (credit agreements, indentures, debt offerings).
• Advise on NYSE listing standards and governance matters; support Board committees and corporate secretarial duties.
• Assist on M&A due diligence, securities law analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration across finance, treasury, tax, IR, and HR.
