Revvity, Inc. is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for the Strategy and Corporate Development team. You will contribute to corporate strategy plans, support M&A initiatives, and help create strategic business cases for leadership in a hybrid role at the headquarters in Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities include preparing concise materials for senior leaders, performing market analysis, and managing due diligence and valuation work to support strategic decisions and divestiture opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Investor Relations or Strategic Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and business unit leadership in developing core strategic pillars.
• Synthesize key presentations for executive leadership and long-range planning.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to advance company-wide goals and assist with mergers and acquisitions analytics.
• Conduct financial valuation analyses and due diligence for potential deals.
