Microvast seeks a Senior Counsel focused on Governance & Securities to support SEC reporting, capital markets, and corporate governance for a public company. The role partners with the General Counsel, Board, and senior management to implement governance policies and disclosure processes.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years of securities and governance experience, plus strong drafting and advisory skills, with IPO/de-SPAC exposure and favorable experience managing outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-approved school.
• Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of relevant securities, governance, and public company experience.

Responsabilités

• Support public company readiness, including SEC reporting and governance programs.
• Lead preparation and filing of SEC documents and related disclosures.
• Advise on capital markets transactions and investor communications.
