Manage the office of the Division of Mathematics and Sciences and assist the chair. Ensure workflow for the division office is maintained and assist with division operations as needed. Liaise with faculty, staff, and students in the division, assist with budgets, purchasing, events planning as needed, and other duties as required and needed. Assist the planetarium director with running of shows, handling guests and selling items to guests. All other duties as assigned by the chair of the Division.
This position must have at least a high school diploma or GED and be able to work well with people. Must have a valid driver’s license. Some college or secretarial experience preferred. Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, and Banner preferred.
Salary Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources.
