Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Cyber Resilience & Defense practice within the SOC domain. You will drive end-to-end SOC modernization from scoping through delivery, translating complex security concepts into clear business narratives for executive audiences.

With 10+ years in security operations and 5+ years in leadership, you will guide delivery teams, develop threat detection runbooks, and build strong client relationships while supporting go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security operations experience across multiple domains.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in the SOC, Security Architecture or equivalent consulting roles.
• 5+ years of experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and playbook frameworks for client environments.
• Lead and quality‑assure threat detection engineering and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA within modernization programs.
