Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Cyber Resilience & Defense to lead end‑to‑end SOC modernization engagements for clients, from scoping through delivery. You will drive threat detection engineering, develop maturity roadmaps, and mentor senior consultants while collaborating with technology partners.

You will guide sales opportunities from RFPs to proposals, and help shape offerings with AI‑driven capabilities, playbooks, and modern defense architectures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in the SOC or equivalent consulting roles.
• 5+ years of experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• 1+ year of experience in Secure AI, AI governance, or equivalent.
• 7+ years designing and optimizing log ingestion architectures in hybrid/multi‑cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps and operating models tailored to client environments.
• Lead and ensure quality of threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms in modernization programs.
• Create battle‑tested IR runbooks and enable automation using AI capabilities.
