Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Cyber Resilience & Defense practice, driving end-to-end SOC modernization and client engagements across multiple security domains. You will own scoping, delivery, and staff coaching while expanding offerings in AI-enabled security and incident response.

You will mentor senior consultants, collaborate with Cloud Security, Identity, and AI security teams, and help shape go‑to‑market strategies with technology partners. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the SOC, Security Architecture or equivalent consulting roles
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on any leading SIEM/SOAR platform
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI, Agentic coding, AI architecture, or AI governance frameworks
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing, optimizing and assessing log ingestion architectures across hybrid/multi‑cloud environments
• Minimum 7 years of experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks.
• Lead and quality‑assure threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and metrics/KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms within modernization programs.
• Coordinate with teams to create cutting-edge capabilities powered by technology partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with tech partners to support go‑to‑market efforts.
• Deliver and evolve SOC offerings that incorporate automation and AI to improve defensive posture.
