Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Secure AI practice, delivering cybersecurity-enabled AI solutions and advising senior client stakeholders. You will drive scoping, delivery, and staffing while mentoring teams and shaping offerings across AI security domains.

You’ll translate complex AI security concepts for C-suite audiences, contribute to sales pursuits, and stay current on governance and regulatory considerations. Travel 75%–100% may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in at least one discipline: AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI domain: AI security architecture, adversarial AI, or cloud/infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, MLOps, A2A, AI Gateways, MCP Gateways.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction, supply chain attacks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure all components work together seamlessly.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to create stand-out AI Security offerings powered by advanced platforms and frameworks.
• Develop strong client relationships and earn the trust of key advisors; contribute to pursuit activity and proposals.
• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts and assist in solution shaping and commercial engagement.
• Continue to learn foundational AI, AI security, and emerging technologies to maintain frontier expertise.
• Deliver services meeting Accenture Project quality specifications and communicate proactively; travel may be required (75%–100%).
