Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated press operator for our Holland, MI plant. You will load blanks, activate stamping runs, and perform quality inspections to ensure conformance with JES and Plex records.

Successful candidates will have high school education, English proficiency, and prior stamping press experience. This role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stamping presses and producing quality parts.
• Ability to read JES/production orders and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with Plex ERP system for data entry and checks.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor stamping presses, load blanks, and verify quality per JES.
• Record inspection data, perform visual checks, and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, assist in multiple work centers as needed.
