Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking an experienced stamper to operate up to 800-ton presses, load blanks, and verify quality per JES and customer specs. You will record process data in Plex ERP, perform inspections, and maintain daily production targets while upholding safety standards.

The role requires reading and following work instructions, teamwork, and flexibility to cross-train across stations. ESOP benefits and strong safety culture support employee-owners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; stamping press experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; follow work instructions.
• Willingness to perform housekeeping and safety duties.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor stamping presses and activate runs.
• Reference production orders and JES to stamp products.
• Load correct blanks and ensure quality stamping.
• Record data in Plex ERP and complete inspection sheets.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and meet daily production targets.
• Cross-train across work centers as needed.
