Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a skilled Press Operator to run up to 800 Ton secondary stamping presses and ensure stamped parts meet quality standards. You will reference JES and production orders in Plex ERP, load blanks, inspect parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Must have high school diploma and able to read, write, speak, and understand English. This shift-based role is Thursday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM and Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with potential overtime as

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor up to 800 Ton stamping presses.
• Perform quality checks per Challenge Manufacturing standards and JES.
• Record information in Plex ERP and JES references.
• Load correct blanks and set up stamping runs.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow packaging instructions.
• Cross-train on various work centers as needed.
