Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Close & Reporting to own month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and robust SOX controls. You will translate complex accounting into actionable insights for Finance leadership and help scale processes across multiple entities.

You will work with FloQast, NetSuite, and other close tech, partnering with FP&A and internal/external auditors. A senior, collaborative role with ownership and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Public company experience with SOX 404 ownership, documentation, and testing.
• Experience drafting financial statement footnotes and managing reporting.
• Experience with close processes, ERP systems, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close for assigned areas and related SOX controls.
• Prepare and present analyses, data, and metrics to executive leadership.
• Develop narratives and variance explanations for leadership reviews.
• Support quarterly/annual financial statements with schedules and disclosures.
• Lead control design, evidence, and remediation in a multi-entity setup.
