You'll drive SOX 404 documentation, advise cross‑functional teams, and implement new accounting pronouncements, leveraging AI tools to enhance GAAP analysis and timely disclosures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading financial audits or SEC reporting for large registered entities.
• Experience with 10-K and 10-Q filings.
• Ability to translate complex accounting standards into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit-ready financial schedules and technical position papers for month-end close.
• Produce technical accounting memos with clear conclusions for non-routine transactions.
• Collaborate with legal and operations to identify accounting implications before contracts.
• Lead SOX 404 documentation and audit coordination to avoid deficiencies.
