Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC, the oil & gas exploration and production subsidiary of National Fuel Gas Company, seeks an SEC Reporting Manager/Senior Manager to lead Form 10-Q/10-K preparation and standalone public-company readiness for the IUG segment.

The role requires a strong technical accounting background, CPA, and 10+ years of experience in external reporting, with coordination across Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including external reporting responsibilities.
• Experience leading Form 10-Q and Form 10-K preparation and review.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and financial reporting workstreams supporting the Form 10 and standalone public-company readiness, including coordination with NFG on separation-related financial statements.
• Coordinate with SEC legal counsel on filings, including proxy statements and registration statements.
• Oversee process design and governance for SEC reporting, including XBRL tagging and disclosures.
• Manage, develop and provide technical guidance to reporting staff and external auditors on external reporting matters.
