Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a seasoned accounting professional to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance, and to prepare/review filings including the 10-K and 10-Q. You will deliver management reporting to senior leaders and mentor staff in technical accounting practices.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 years in financial reporting at a large public company, Big 4 experience, and strong communication skills. CPA is required, with potential for leadership and cross-divisional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Reporting with a large public company.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Experience with multi-division, multi-national companies.

Responsibilities

• SEC Reporting (Annual Report, 10-K, 10-Q, Registration Statements).
• Management and Board of Directors Reporting/Presentations.
• Technical Accounting Research/Support.
• Development of Staff.
• Ad Hoc projects (presentations and/or analysis as requested by senior management).
