Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Manager of Consolidations/Financial Reporting to lead the consolidation of subsidiary financials into THD's consolidated statements. You will serve as main financial contact for subsidiary Controllers and manage intercompany eliminations, currency transactions, and equity activities including stock-based compensation.

You will ensure GAAP and SEC compliance, review SEC filings, and prepare memoranda and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Big 4 Public Accounting experience required.
• Strong written and oral communications skills required.
• Experience in consolidations and/or international accounting.
• CPA, or equivalent international certification required.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial information for THD subsidiaries, including currency translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Oversee SEC reporting, management and board presentations, and technical accounting research.
• Develop and supervise Consolidations/Financial Reporting staff and manage department performance.
