The Home Depot in Atlanta seeks an experienced senior financial reporting professional to manage GAAP and SEC compliance, and to prepare the annual report, 10-K/10-Q, and registration statements, delivering robust reporting to senior management.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Director of Financial Reporting, and conduct technical accounting research for multinational operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA required.
• Experience with SEC reporting for large public companies.
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• SEC Reporting (Annual Report, 10-K, 10-Q, Registration Statements).
• Prepare/Review reporting/presentations for senior management.
• Develop management and board reporting/presentations.
• Technical accounting research and guidance.
• Develop staff and oversee team workload.
• Ad hoc projects for senior management.
