Home Depot is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting leader to oversee planning, development and filing of quarterly 10-Qs and annual 10-Ks, and to collaborate with Investor Relations on earnings materials. The role also drives process improvements, oversees 11-Ks and other filings, and prepares cash flow and internal reports for executives and the Board.

The position emphasizes developing staff, technical accounting research, and cross-functional leadership within the SEC Reporting function.

Competenze

• Experience in SEC reporting, public accounting, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record with external audits and investor relations collaboration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial reporting software.
