Qualifications

• CPA and accounting degree required.
• 11+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including Big 4 public accounting.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of SEC filings, earnings releases, and the annual report with Investor Relations.
• Lead implementation of new accounting standards and present updates to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Serve as the go-to technical accounting resource for business units worldwide.
• Own areas like impairment testing, lease accounting, and the consolidated cash flow statement.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and manage the accounting team.
