You will lead SEC filings, ensure accurate disclosures, and own consolidation controls in Oracle FCCS, supporting investor relations and internal reporting. Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 7+ years external reporting experience.
• 5+ years management experience.
• Solid GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX knowledge.
• Experience researching technical accounting memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and related disclosures.
• Review financial statement disclosures and notes for accuracy.
• Oversee acquisitions/divestitures accounting and closing processes.
• Support Investor Relations with earnings releases and financial info.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting including restructuring analyses.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute enterprise-wide accounting policies.
• Interface with external and internal auditors and actuaries on filings.
• Research technical accounting issues and monitor US GAAP/SEC developments.
• Assist in complex accounting matters (defined benefit plans, revenue recognition).
• Lead testing of goodwill and intangible assets; assist with asset testing.
• Lead strategic projects and conduct annual performance reviews.
