CNH Industrial is seeking a Head of SEC & Compliance Reporting to lead the preparation, review, and filing of all external financial reports, including SEC filings and ESG disclosures. The role is hybrid, based in Oak Brook, IL, with three on-site days and two remote days.

Required is a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA, and 8–10 years in corporate accounting with SEC emphasis. Big Four experience preferred; strong communication, leadership, and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree is a plus.
• CPA license required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and external reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) per US GAAP.
• Coordinate IFRS reporting and quarterly earnings with Investor Relations and FP&A.
• Oversee MD&A, footnotes, and external auditor interactions.
• Manage statutory reporting for foreign entities and support bond offerings.
• Partner on sustainability/ESG disclosures and evolving reporting frameworks.
