ADP, Inc. in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage weekly, monthly and annual reporting, assist in month-end close, and support IFRS compliance alongside US GAAP norms.

The position requires a BA in accounting, CPA-eligibility, 3–5 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus; the role is based in the Chicago area with hybrid work options.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA eligible preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
• US GAAP expertise with IFRS experience preferred; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact across levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close process and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconcile general-ledger accounts.
• Assist IFRS compliance and coordinate with parent company.
• Support external audits and document controls over reporting.
