Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial reporting.
• Strong supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting and disclosures.
• Ability to research complex accounting issues and document memos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analytical review of external financial reporting.
• Coordinate SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Ensure GAAP/SEC compliance through research and memos.
• Disclose and coordinate financial statement disclosures.
• Supervise accounting staff and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
