Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced SEC Financial Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K/10-Q, under US GAAP and SEC rules. You'll collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal and business segment finance to deliver accurate disclosures and timely reports.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and 10+ years of SEC reporting experience, with Oracle Fusion and ERP tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• CPA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; minimum 10 years in accounting/finance including SEC reporting.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; SOX experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP reporting tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Own the consolidation of financial information and supporting schedules for SEC reporting.
• Prepare and review tie-outs, disclosure checklists, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor and implement new U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements affecting external reporting; update policies as needed.
• Support materials for earnings releases, investor presentations, and board reporting in partnership with Investor Relations and Finance leadership.
• Research and document technical accounting matters.
• Operate and document internal controls execution.
