The role requires over 5 years of SEC reporting or public accounting experience, focusing on SEC filings and external reporting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting (Big 4 a plus).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (Regs S-K, S-X, etc.).
• Proficient in financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, etc.) in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams including accounting, legal, and investor relations.
• Enhance reporting processes and tools for accuracy and efficiency.
