Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• CPA preferred.
• SEC reporting experience preferred.
• Experience in public accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and issue periodic external reports and perform basic analysis.
• Identify and remediate risk areas and support SOX 404 compliance.
• Research accounting policies and perform technical accounting research (US GAAP).
• Assist with information requests from internal and external audits.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to understand processes and root causes.
• Maintain SOX compliance documentation and SOX rules awareness.
• File compliance project documentation and adhere to retention policies.
