Job summary

Arrow's Internal Reporting team seeks a Senior Accountant to consolidate global results and prepare reports for executive management. You will analyze monthly results, review intercompany transactions, and collaborate with finance, tax, and external auditors. The role requires 4+ years accounting experience, US GAAP, and HFM expertise. Hybrid work with Denver office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 4+ years accounting experience.
• Experience with publicly traded companies or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excel proficiency (intermediate-advanced).
• Experience with Hyperion or similar consolidation systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly global financial results.
• Prepare and review leadership reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Reconcile complex balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assess journal entries for US GAAP compliance.
• Review international statutory financial statements.
• Develop and implement process efficiencies and automation.
• Train accounting teams on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Interact with internal and external auditors and provide requested information.
• Support month/quarter/year-end close timelines.
