Arrow Electronics seeks a Senior Accountant, Internal Reporting to consolidate worldwide results and prepare executive financial reports. You’ll analyze monthly results and ensure accurate reporting across regions.

You’ll partner with global finance teams, tax, and external auditors to improve intercompany reporting, strengthen controls, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• 4+ years accounting experience.
• Experience with publicly traded companies or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial results from businesses around the world.
• Prepare and/or review financial reports for leadership, including ad-hoc requests.
• Reconcilе complex balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assess journal entries for compliance with US GAAP.
• Review international statutory financial statements.
• Develop and implement process efficiencies and automation.
• Train accounting teams on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system.
• Participate and/or lead projects with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with internal and external auditors and provide requested information.
• As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.
