Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sustainment System Integration Lead for an SSC PMO at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. The role focuses on integrating systems across ground and space segments, managing post-Milestone C production, and leading a ten-person SE&I team in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The ideal candidate will bring DoD acquisition experience, systems-of-systems engineering, and strong leadership to coordinate with government customers and prime contractors.

Qualifications

• Active DoW SECRET clearance with ability to attain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years SEIT work experience incl. QM, Baseline Mgmt, IV&V.
• 5+ years leadership experience, preferably in engineering mgmt.
• 5+ years DoW PMO experience and DoW acquisition process knowledge.
• Experience with post-Milestone C programs and DoD space systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of acquisition SE&I engineers with strong customer relations.
• Coordinate with Government customer, MSEIT IPT, and prime contractor to close gaps.
• Manage Risks/Issues/Opportunities, CDRLs, dependencies, and product quality.
• Develop integration strategies for SATCOM systems and subsystems.
• Assess technical changes impact on enterprise mission capabilities.
• Review contractor documents, provide comments, and adjudicate inputs.
• Deliver briefings to PMO and stakeholders; propose COAs per government decisions.
