Job summary

KBR, Inc seeks a Sustainment IPS Specialist to support IPS activities for MD8 at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. The role includes coordinating with the Government System Program Office and field organizations to sustain legacy and transitioning SATCOM capabilities, ensuring readiness for US warfighters.

The position requires an active DoW SECRET clearance (TS/SCI possible), a logistics/DoD background with depot activation experience, and proven skills in LCSP development, logistics analysis, and

Qualifications

• Active DoW SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent from an accredited university
• 8+ years’ experience executing logistics in a Government Program Office or industry for a government program.
• Experience planning, leading, and executing a depot activation (hardware, software, COMSEC)
• Experience authoring logistics products including LCSP
• Experience with Government programs in Acquisition transitioning to Sustainment
• Proficiency with DoW 12 Product Support Elements
• Familiarity with USAF logistics systems (D035, DO43, SMART, REMIS, GCSS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Execute the system Product Support Strategy across DoW’s 12 Product Support Elements
• Maintain collaborative relationships with the Program Office and external entities
• Lead logistics forums (DMAWG, PIWG); manage actions and milestones
• Develop and maintain LCSP, LHAs, DMAPs, and property management processes
• Perform provisioning, logistics supportability analysis, and sparing determinations
• Support Transition to Operations and sustainment activities for IOC readiness
• Develop presentations and briefings for duty performance
