Job summary

Serco Inc. in Largo, MD is seeking a PIF/SDF Manager to coordinate DoD acquisition investments for NAVSEA and Team Submarine.

You will lead governance, evaluation, and execution across the PIF/SDF lifecycle, ensuring alignment with submarine production priorities and funding constraints. The role requires DoD clearance eligibility and strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and DoD acquisition exposure.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with large DoD or Federal programs.
• Experience coordinating with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support the SIB Supply Chain PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake through closeout.
• Provide technical and coordination guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Draft and maintain PIF/SDF governance processes and schedules.
• Prepare executive investment recommendations and brief senior leadership.
• Travel up to 10% to supplier sites and program reviews.
