BECU is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to strengthen QA across SIAM and digital banking. You will expand automation, build scalable testing solutions, and help teams deliver faster, more reliable releases for our members.

You’ll work across product areas, shape testing strategy and standards, mentor others, and contribute to a security-conscious, high-quality engineering culture while aligning with BECU’s people-first values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent
• 5+ years designing test plans and automated tests
• 5+ years programming in C#, Python or JavaScript/Typescript

Responsabilités

• Design, build, execute, and expand automated tests and frameworks.
• Increase coverage and reduce manual testing across platforms.
• Analyze applications, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure automated tests integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Shape QE strategy with engineers and product leaders.
• Mentor SDETs and QA professionals to strengthen capabilities.
• Lead testing initiatives across multiple tracks and products.
