Job summary

BECU seeks an experienced Sr. SDET to strengthen quality across SIAM and the digital banking stack. You will design and expand automated tests, build scalable testing solutions, and drive faster, more reliable releases for members.

You’ll lead QE strategies, mentor teammates, and contribute to testing standards while collaborating with engineering and product leadership to improve quality across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum designing test plans, cases and automated tests in a team environment.
• Hands-on programming in C#, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript in a Windows environment.
• Experience with test frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, Xunit, jest, puppeteer, pytest or Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and expand automated tests and frameworks to increase coverage.
• Assess application design to identify improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead across tracks to establish testing roadmaps and QE standards.
• Mentor SDETs and QA professionals to strengthen technical capabilities.
