Job summary

LVT (LiveView Technologies) is seeking a Senior SDET I to join our Software Quality team in American Fork, UT. You will design robust automation frameworks, elevate testing infrastructure, and ensure production-ready quality across multi-service architectures.

Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other SDETs, you will drive performance, reliability, and scalable testing strategies while mentoring junior SDETs and shaping quality-first practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software automation and quality engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript for automation code.
• Proven experience building modern test frameworks across web, mobile, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Lead quality initiatives for multi-service projects and establish code-review standards.
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on distributed system failures across microservices and cloud infra.
• Design and execute performance, stress, and load testing to ensure resilience.
• Build internal tooling and dashboards to improve test-data management and environment orchestration.
• Maintain manual test approaches when automation is not viable, ensuring coverage.
• Mentor junior-to-mid-level SDETs and foster a quality-first culture.
