Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Senior SDET to shape testing for thousands of nodes in large AI deployments. You will define test strategies, automate critical tests, and contribute to the reliability of a high‑scale AI cluster. The role requires deep knowledge of distributed ML training/inference and strong coding in Python/Go/C/C++.

You will work on Kubernetes-based software, ML wafer-scale accelerators, and high-speed interconnects, with a focus on uptime and observability in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering in computer science, electrical, AI, data science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in testing one of areas like enterprise software, distributed systems, datacenter hardware and software.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or C/C++.
• Strong debugging skills with pdb, gdb, strace, and network monitors.
• Understanding of OS internals, memory management, file systems, security and performance.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Kubernetes and Docker; monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus.
