Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced SDET to own end‑to‑end validation of the AI Detection and Response platform, spanning cloud backend and UI layers, with a focus on scalable, secure testing.

You will build testing tooling, define strategy across functional, performance, contract, and chaos testing, and mentor teams to raise quality standards while collaborating across engineering groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SDET or backend/frontend development experience.
• 3+ years building testing frameworks for a Cloud SaaS product.
• Experience defining testing strategy at team or org level.
• Strong debugging to identify race conditions and bottlenecks.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Java (Go preferred).
• Experience with cloud stacks: Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/OCI.
• CI/CD and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiar with Jest/QUnit/Cypress/Playwright/JUnit/TestNG.
• Experience testing REST/gRPC APIs and high-volume data systems.
• AI-enabled testing workflows experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end validation of AIDR services across cloud and UI.
• Build and own AIDR-specific test tooling and frameworks.
• Define testing strategies across functional, performance, contract, and chaos testing.
• Verify features across processing, data, and customer-facing layers.
• Mentor engineers on testing methodologies and secure coding.
• Improve observability and incident analysis in production.
• Increase automated test coverage for backend and UI.
