Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test to optimize development and testing life cycles with automation for the Charlotte AI team. You will build frameworks, define strategies, raise testing coverage, and work with cross-functional partners on GenAI integration in a large distributed system.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and product teams, design test plans, and execute automated tests to ensure high quality software while adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and test automation development / SDET.
• Hands‑on experience with Go, Python, Java or other modern languages.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OS, networking, distributed systems.
• Hands‑on with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket; AWS and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing solutions for the Charlotte AI system.
• Validate integration of multiple teams and services with Charlotte AI.
• Create comprehensive test plans covering functional and non‑functional needs.
• Execute tests, track defects, and analyze results for improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and stay current with testing trends.
