Job summary

The Sr. Solutions Architect - SDDC will lead SHI's post-sales data center automation initiatives, delivering low-level design and hands-on deployment of enterprise infrastructure and platforms, including upgrade and migration services and seamless integration with existing systems.

This role also mentors other consultants, collaborates with sales and presales to scope opportunities, and provides ongoing technical leadership in pre- and post-sales capacity while staying current with industry

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or working with infrastructure
10+ years of experience with VMware and associated product range in enterprise environments
Thorough understanding of virtualization technologies & software-defined datacenter
Certification in VCIX, VCAP, VCP, VCDX, CCIE, VMCE
Certification in NVIDIA, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP

Responsibilities

Performs low-level design and implementation work
Design and implement VMware VCF, Aria Automation, and Private AI Foundation
Lead projects and workshops, overseeing others and ensuring project success
Collaborate with sales and presales to identify and close professional services opportunities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team
