Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years of related enterprise networking experience.
Expertise with SD-WAN and large-scale WAN/LAN environments.
Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead complex network incidents and restorations.
Mentor GT3 peers and other teams.
Perform root-cause analysis and drive problem management.
Develop and share troubleshooting best practices.
Collaborate with CTO partners and cross-functional teams.
