Job summary

AT&T is seeking a senior lead consultant to serve as technical primary project lead and architect for complex data center and network solutions. The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, documentation, and delivering cohesive deliverables across large enterprise networks.

The position requires travel, strong consulting skills, and the ability to guide engagements from identification through invoicing, with a focus on delivering architecture designs and vendor-agnostic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the planning, design and implementation of complex networks as part of a large enterprise network team, or within the professional services or network integration environments.
• Planning, design and integration of secure network technology.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a serious desire to have an impact on your company and the industry.
• Accomplished at developing Visio designs/diagrams and documenting professional, cohesive deliverables. Sample deliverables will be requested as evidence of documentation skills.
• Verifiable strong ethics, trustworthiness, accountability and reliability in being resourceful and self-directed while possessing both a positive leadership and collaborative teamwork style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, confer and provides consulting services and manages project activities from client identification through final invoicing.
• Works on billable consulting service projects.
• Demonstrates broad product knowledge with the customer within a specific discipline.
• Works independently on highly complex projects , or may work in a team as assigned by the project leader.
• Technical responsibilities will include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.
• Leads all technical aspects of delivery, customer satisfaction, and accurate timekeeping for billing purposes, on projects where the Consultant is the only technical resource or lead technical resource.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus high level of working knowledge in other related fields. May assist less experienced peers when needed.
• Work is performed under minimal direction.
• As a member of a team of advanced infrastructure consultants and lead consultants, you will use your in-depth knowledge of networking to design and implement solutions for our clients.
