Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Lead Advanced Network Tech Support professional in Richardson, TX to drive the integration of new technology platforms and provide expert-level network support in an Agile/DevOps setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of related network technology experience.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and support of new technologies in network environments.
Collaborate with CTO Partners in Agile/DevOps contexts and sign off on CTO designs.
Utilize software-defined networking, virtualization, containerization, and automation pipelines.
Provide technical leadership to resolve complex outages and drive root-cause analysis.
Develop tools and metrics for network operations and automation.
