Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Principal Advanced Network Technology Support SME to lead enterprise networking and SD-WAN initiatives from Richardson, Texas. You will act as a technical SME for GT3, guide complex outages, mentor peers, and drive cross-functional projects with clear communication to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have expert routing/switching experience, strong security knowledge, and a track record in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• Expert-level enterprise networking and SD-WAN experience.
• Strong routing, switching, and WAN/LAN design skills.
• Ability to lead complex network incidents and perform RCA.

Responsibilities
