The role ensures person-centered, community-based services and compliance with state regulations while supporting staff and individuals served. The position emphasizes leadership, coordination, and oversight with on-call duties and a 40-hour work week, typically 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in relevant studies (Social Work, etc.) and willingness to complete bachelor's program.
• 1 year of relevant ID/A experience.
• Commitment to complete ACRE training and CPS training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee the CPS program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with ODP regulations and organizational standards.
• Provide staff support and foster positive outcomes for individuals served.
• Review ISP progress, conduct quarterly ISP reviews, and monitor behavior plans.
• Develop and supervise program policies, documentation, and billing compliance.
• Coordinate on-call coverage and supervise staff across CPS, IHCS & SE programs.
• Support staff orientation and ensure staff are trained on policies and procedures.
